Biblical Leadership Essentials is a course in six two-hour sessions laying foundations for faithful leadership
The author of the Christian Leadership Integrity Commitments and developer of the Biblical Leadership Essentials course, Paul B Coulter, is an experienced leadership consultant, trainer and theological educator. He is available to provide advice and training on the enactment of the Commitments and use of related Policies. This could range from a single seminar or conversation with leaders to a training course. He is also able to advise on policies and plans. His focus is on the island of Ireland, but he also has extensive experience working with leaders in other European countries and from a Chinese background.
Paul offers his consultancy, and training services to churches, Christian organisations and Christian leaders on a 'pay what you can afford' basis. This means these services are available to all irrespective of ability to pay. Payment at a higher level allows Paul to make services available for free or at less than full value for those who have less, including in Eastern European countries which he visits periodically.
Suggested amounts for services (in GBP) are:
One hour of mentoring or advice to an individual or group - between £50 and £150.
One hour of training or a single talk - between £100 and £200.
Each half day of training, retreat leading or conference participation - between £150 and £250.
